The passport validity is at least 6 months from the date of entry into Thai territory. Upon arrival in Thailand, please check the maximum period of stay granted by the Thai Immigration officer stamped in your passport. If you exceed the specified date, the Consulate will not be responsible for any punishment or fine imposed due to your breach of the Thai Immigration Law.
